BIOGRAPHY


Darin Keesing (Assistant Professor of Design) joined Niagara University in the Fall of 2025. Darin previously taught design and production at Wittenberg University, where he designed scenery, lighting and/or sound for 25 productions including How I Learned to Drive, Angels in America, Part One, Romeo & Juliet, Spring Awakening, Chicago, The Tempest, Eurydice, She Kills Monsters, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Machinal. Darin has been designing scenery and lighting professionally for over 25 years, starting his career in Chicago before moving to Columbus, OH. His designs have been on the stages of About Face Theatre, Timeline Theatre, Lifeline Theatre, Roadworks, Next Theatre, Contemporary Theatre of Ohio, Available Light Theatre, Short North Stage, Peterborough Players, Columbus Children’s Theatre, and Senior Repertory of Ohio.
