In 2010, Niagara University Theatre celebrated the opening of the Elizabeth Ann Clune Center for Theatre and the newly renovated Leary Theatre. With a 3-story lobby boasting breathtaking views of the Niagara River, Theatre Lounge with a fireplace and concessions bar, black-box acting studio, and numerous rehearsal spaces, it truly is the epicenter for performing arts.

Directions to Elizabeth Ann Clune Center for Theatre

From Buffalo, follow the New York State Thruway across Grand Island. Continue on I-190 to Exit 24, Witmer Road. Turn left (onto Route 31). At first traffic light, turn right onto the Niagara University campus.

At first stop sign (Hyde Park), turn right. Go through the first traffic light (Niagara gorge will be on your left; campus will be on your right). Turn right just before the NY Power Authority. Park on the right in the Butler parking lot. Clet Hall is the first building on the right on Vincentian Drive.

If needed, please use the circular drop-off driveway that leads directly to the lobby.


The Elizabeth Ann Clune Center for the Theatre offers full accessibility in compliance with the ADA. The front row is held for wheelchair patrons and their companions until the rest of the seats are sold. Please be sure to make your reservations sooner rather than later.

Listening devices are available for check-out from the patron services both. A driver's license, passport or other legal photo ID must be exchanged for the wireless device.
