Baby With the Bathwater

A laugh out-loud comedy about surviving parental dysfunction. First time parents, Helen and John, are extremely disappointed that their newborn baby doesn’t speak English and they are too polite to check its sex — and this is just the beginning. Later, as their child Daisy grows up, Daisy must learn to break life-patterns before repeating them. But, as always with Durang, stopping the madness is next to impossible. The comedy is as outrageous, dark, and twisted as we have come to expect and appreciate from Christopher Durang.
